31 years experience in school and college law including service as General Counsel of the San Diego City Schools. Former President of the National Organization on Legal Problems in Education (NOLPE) and past Chairperson of the National Council of School Attorneys. Served as Adjunct Professor of Law and of Education at the University of San Diego and member of the West Publishing Company's Education Law Reporter Advisory Committee. Editor of a book entitled The School Principal and the Law.
